Description

We now offer a residential 2000 m² lot on Malekula, the second largest island of the Vanuatu group of 83 islands.

Our project is called Malekula Heights, with released 2000 m² lots all one price $39,950 USD

stage 1 sold out at 29,950 USD. Stage 3 will be US 49,950, and Stage 4 US$$59,950

So, the plan is for you to get an equity lift from being an early investor, always subject to market conditions.

Buyers are secured with a building covenant in the contract, allowing you to build whenever you wish, and you must provide plans to the development company.

The building covenant does not allow sea container homes or the use of secondhand materials. All new materials and plans must be submitted to the company for final approval.

This then protects your investment.

You can build from a small one-bedroom home right up to a five-bedroom home.

The 2000 sqm /half acre lots are 65 to 75 m above the high watermark and 700 m and back from the high-water mark on the beach.

They are currently off-the-grid lots. In other words, there is no town water or power.

The government has built a $19 million river hydropower station on the island, which has completed 80 km of Grid. So far, it will come down to the farm, but we cannot give you a timeframe and we are lobbying ministers and the province regularly.

They’re also building a 25 million USD international airport to be completed in 2025 with a 3000 m long runway and a new arrivals and departures lounge. In addition, $160 million is being spent on 90 km of tar-sealed roads and bridges connecting the airport to our project around the top of the island.

To assist communications, a 5G telecom tower has been funded fo placement just 1 km from the estate.

We accept 20% Bartercard, 80% cash, government fees, 2% stamp duty, and 5% registration fee land. Surveyors produce titles; we are currently pegging Stage One, which is 100% sold.

The New Zealand government is upgrading the island hospital with a new building.

The NZ government also funded the new pier, which serves,s as the island container depot, with a new large interisland ferry carrying up to 200 people above the deck and roll-roll container trucks and private vehicles below.

Weather? The average rainfall is 86 inches a year; the average winter temperature is 24° average summer temperature is 28°

All fruit and vegetables are Organic. We have a nurse's station and a shop, as well as a 7-day Adventist church on the farm.
