House Rules

We love our home and ask all our guests to be respectful of the house and others. 

Keep things clean and tidy and please leave everything as you found it.

No smoking inside the house.Definitely NO parties allowed. 

Please note, we are not a Party House.

Definitely NO Schoolies, Hens or Bucks Parties allowed.

Please put bins out on the front path Thursday nights.

STRICT Quiet time after 10pm.Due to it being a residential area, we ask that you consider our neighbours and keep the noise at a respectful level, especially after 10pm,

Neighbourhood Rules. 

Should you wish to party, or the noise level is excessive, you may risk your stay.We're easy going but we will not accept people who are disrespectful, dishonest, dirty or don't care about how they live while in our home.

If any of these rules are broken, we will issue a warning, after that, we have the right to remove you from the house, forfeiting the balance of your stay and your Security Deposit.

We hope you understand that we have House Rules in play to avoid any unnecessary or awkward situations.We want all our guests to enjoy their stay in our home, have fun and love it as much as we do.

PLEASE NOTE In accordance with our strict policy, this property has a STRICT NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy and is not available to young groups or schoolies. 

We value our neighbors and request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. 

This property is not a new home, but it is well equipped to make any family holiday or gathering an enjoyable one.

Security Section - Security Cameras - We have three actively recording cameras overlooking the front section of the exterior of the property which records video only, we also have one 'Ring doorbell' which records video and audio. There are two external cameras on the East, and West side of the house, these external cameras record video only. There is one exterior security camera facing south overlooking the outside patio, and one exterior security camera over looking the pool facing West this is to monitor water levels of the pool and the safety, security, liability protection, and theft prevention.
